My first golf trip to Canberra, most enjoyable and Warren most hospitable and helpful. Courses were great, except RCGC put us on lesser nine (19-27). Federal was great and Gold Creek was a real surprise, great to find a residential estate course not crowded out by housing too close. Our bus driver Frank was fantastic, providing service above and beyond. I’ll be back to play the whole course at Royal Canberra soon.

Both golf courses were excellent. Good condition and well laid out. Good facilities. Accommodation was good. There was a pub on the diagonal corner, which was very handy. Able to walk to the beach for a swim and the golf course was only 5 minutes away.
